International Trainee Program
The International Trainee Program attracts some of the very best graduates from top schools in Scandinavia.
The program is run from Stockholm and provides extensive training that is designed to foster the next generation of leaders in the Bank.
The program provides broad training and on-the-job experience in financial analysis and advisory, as well as exposure to most aspects of Corporate and Investment Banking. A designated mentor will be responsible for each Trainee’s personal progress.
Throughout the program you will be assigned to a department. However, an important part of the program is to gain a broad experience of SEB’s various departments. Therefore, several visits, including a four week visit to an international location, will be scheduled for Trainees.
Requirements- Completed or nearly completed higher degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering and/or Science.
- An average grade of A or B, or extraordinary extracurricular achievements.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
- A strong interest in international business and finance.
Program start-up preferably in August 2010.
Duration of program is 12 months.
Following the completion of the program, trainees are considered for permanent employmentship.
