The Hydro Graduate Program - The starting point for your Hydro career
In Hydro we have focus on hiring and developing the workforce of tomorrow. Every year we have several Graduate positions, where we are looking for young professionals early in their careers. All positions are permanent, within different business units and areas of expertise, but all graduate positions will take part in the graduate program.

Graduate Prosessingeniør Infrastruktur - Sunndal
Hydro Sunndal is the largest energy consumer in Norway, with a continuous power load of 685MW ~ 6 TWh. The Infrastructure asset is high critical installation, which support the different unit (Casthouse, electrolysis, and Carbon plant) with process water, compressed air and power.

Area of responsibility

• Operational optimization of the assets 
• Sustain and improve reliability of the assets.
• Improve the operational and technical robustness of  the assets 
• Use Industry 4.0 tools to predict condition and remaining lifetime, which is also a tool to achieve other goals.

Qualifications

• MSc, Electric Power Engineering

• Thorough introduction program and follow-up 
• International onboarding sessions as well as local trainings and seminars 
• Possibility for rotation, normally within your own plant/area 
• Dedicated buddy/mentor throughout the program 
• Unique opportunity to build network and social ties cross the organisation
