Together with BCG consultants from Corporate Finance & Strategy, Private Equity and Transaction Center, as well as 60 students from top European universities, you will analyze the strategic rationale of the deal, assess the target company, quantify the potential synergies, and structure the execution of the transaction.
During the interactive case study sessions, you will enhance your problem-solving and presentation skills, receive invaluable tips from our experienced consultants and learn the methodologies and approach of the world’s leading strategy consultancy.

We are looking for outstanding university students (undergraduate, graduate, or PhD) majoring in finance, economics, business, or similarly quantitative subjects with an affinity for either corporate finance, strategy or private equity, and the following qualities:
