We are looking for enthusiastic students with great analytical skills researching and analysing customer data to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Not only will you get the chance of working with senior colleagues within DNV GL, but you will also get the opportunity to work on an interesting commercial project which is critical to our business.
Working with the master theses, you will be expected to:
- Analyse existing data from our customer loyalty surveys to identify correlations between customer loyalty and services characteristics - Perform customer interviews to understand how the customer experience drives the loyalty and which are the service attributes which influence the loyalty most - Use big data methodologies to look at European trends - Report on the relevant findings, the implications for business and the recommend actions in order to improve the loyalty performances - Present relevant findings in an understandable way to key stakeholders - Position Qualifications
We are looking for Master students only in final year, starting your Master thesis in 2017.
You should be able to demonstrate competence in the following areas:
- Analysis - have a good understanding of statistics and big data approaches, to quickly understand and analyse customer data, processes and services - Commercial - driven by a commercial thinking and the understanding of customer value - Effective Communication - communicates in a clear, precise and structured way, especially in writing. Very good English skills, both written and orally - Initiative & Responsibility - acts on own initiative, makes things happen, accepts responsibility for the results - Expertise - demonstrates specialist knowledge and expertise in the area of quantitative and qualitative statistical methods, IT programming and proficiency in - Office Suite (PowerPoint, EXCEL, WORD, Outlook, Access)
