The two-year trainee program consists of four separate assignments to different units, to give you a broad understanding of our business. Each assignment will be tailored to your needs, to develop the competence required to fill the permanent position in Corporate Finance, Procurement after completion of the program. As a trainee in Corporate Finance, Procurement, you will be part of a motivated team working with complex challenges and large projects in renewable energy technologies on a global scale. Corporate Procurement has high ambitions to deliver and develop capabilities such as contract management, responsible supply chain and synergies of skill and scale. The Staff Area Corporate Finance in Statkraft seeks to optimize financial management, drive group performance, allocate resources efficiently, and manage risk. The staff area consists of Treasury, Performance and Risk Management, Finance Reporting and Accounting, Corporate Audit, Investor Relations, Group Tax and Procurement. The Corporate Procurement department is responsible for performing procurement for all major projects in all of Statkraft’s business areas. The department handles strategic procurement within all technologies such as hydro power, onshore and offshore wind power in Norway, Sweden, UK, Germany, South-East Europe, South Asia and South America.
