Looking for a sharp learning curve?
The Royal Bank of Scotland, RBS, is one of the top international banks in the Norwegian market within cross-border M&A, equity and corporate debt issuance and syndicated loan financing. We are now looking for another young talent to join our Corporate Finance and Coverage team in Oslo. We offer you a challenging and interesting role and a great foundation for at future career in international investment banking. The role is a 3 month internship and you will work full time. If successful, you may be offered a full-time position within RBS and enrollment to the GBM Graduate Analyst program.
As an intern with RBS you will be:
Gathering and synthesising financial and operating information about companies, industries and governments to analyse trends
Creating financial models, helping value and price transactions
Attending team discussions and client meetings, with the possibility of delivering parts of a presentation
Drafting presentations and memoranda for a wider audience within the bank
Be a point of contact with colleagues in product teams in Stockholm and London as well as other global offices of the bank.
We are looking for someone with:
Master degree (or near completion) in Finance/Business with strong academic results
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Keen interest in Norwegian and international capital markets
Excellent MS Office skills

You have a can-do attitude and are non prestigious
You are results-driven and perform well under pressure against tight deadlines
You have good communication skills and the confidence to challenge your colleagues
You are goal oriented with a track-record of delivery
